One thing that I am so conscious about is staying ahead, ahead of everyone and everything.  If you think ahead you can plan and prepare for what is to come.  (A little ocd I know, but helps to be at an advantage)

Anyway, in my quest of change and to try new things to cure my boredom, I’ve decided to read up and conduct a little social experiment based on human body language.  The book I’m reading is Body Language by Allan Pease, in it tells you all the subconscious actions of human behaviour.  For instance checking when someone is lieing by the way they move, or if they like someone by the way they are sitting.

The point being, the power of the mind is greater than the body, so therefore this are actions we all do without even realising, so I wonder if it is possible to catalyst these movements?  I shall read the book and try and find out what I can use and what I can’t.

However I expect there to be some pros and cons to this idea, one of the pros I should think will be the ability to acutely sense how or what someone is thinking and one of the cons is that I might become paranoid of my own actions.

I shall report back with my findings (hoping something remotely interesting will happen).
